Dillons is in. Homeland is out.
While it was no secret that something was afoot at the Homeland store at Douglas and Hillside – the first clue was the cottage cheese, or the lack of it, and then there were the holes on the dry goods shelves and those 30-percent off signs – Dillons made it official late last month, announcing it had bought out Homeland in Wichita. The Homeland store on the corner will be a Dillons by the end of this month.
